Now a variety making a quality statement in the hands of prodcuers such as Bodegas Castano. Too often in the past Macabeo was watery, tasteless and acidic. Nowadays as seen with this Molino Loco, the variety produces lovely white wines that just scream summer. Fresh, fruity, and well balanced this little beauty is a great everyday wine you certainly wouldn't be embarrased to pull out in front of any wine afficienado friends. Great stuff.
