Brand new from the vinous playground that is Chablis. This effort is made by a small producer Jean Claude Martin and he has made it very well.
Lovely crisp acidity, crunchy fruit and loads of minerality on the finish, this will go great with cream based chicken dishes, shellfish and pan fried seabass.
