A vibrant pale straw with hints of green. A fresh blend of lifted citrus, strawberry and spice aromas with hints of cracked wheat and sweet pastry. Nutty, baked bread characters evolved during yeast ageing in bottle compliment the primary Chardonnay characters of citrus and melon. Savoury characters of Pinot Noir contribute to a persistent, elegant finish. Drinking well now but will remain fresh for 5 years.
