This Oude Kriek is a bit of a particular one. It has macerated for almost twelve months (!) and 80% of the lambikken that were used for both maceration and blending, aged for two years and more. They originate from five different barrels and four different brews. The final fruit intensity is 331 grams of sour cherries per litre of Oude Kriek. All lambikken were brewed by 3 Fonteinen.
