 Dead Winemakers Society Dolcetto 2019Italian Variety Dolcetto grown in the Adeleide Hills with it's light red clay soils helping to bring light aromatics and gentle tannins. Aged for around 2 years before release this is incredibly more-ish. Lots of ripe cherries with aroma's that simply remind you of the autumn months when the leaves begin to drop and the night draws in. Get a hearty ragu on the hob, cook up some pasta or get a pizza in the oven and open this.
