An Carn Distillery is situated in the heart of the Sperrin Mountains in County Derry, the Oak Leaf County. In this wild, untouched and rugged landscape, it's a remarkable new distillery. One that draws on centuries of heritage of Irish Whiskey. 

This inaugural-edition Single Malt Whiskey is aged in first-fill bourbon casks. 

Bottled at 46% ABV the spirit is non-chill filtered with no added colouring. 

The character is vibrant with aromas of toffee and lemon on the nose, revealing a palate of dried fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves; finishing with a long sweetness, in harmony with dry tannins.
