The Rego Homestead was purchased in 1998 by Alison Luiz Gomes, and her husband, Luiz Joaquim Gomes. The farm had belonged to Joaquim’s family for some time and made sense to purchase. They instantly fell in love with the place, as it is in complete harmony with nature, with the most stunning views over the plains of Portugal.
