Boon Classics Collection Oude Geuze Gift Set is a nice collection of three different types of gueuze, brewed in Belgium, together with two luxury glasses. A gift package that goes big, with 750ml bottles! This package contains these three variants:
- Oude Geuze Boon: A dark blond coloured gueuze that consists of an average of 18 months of old lambic. This one has a very fresh, fruity character and its spicy side is more in the background. Scattered you will find various citrus notes, mainly grapefruit, and a pleasant presence of oak.
- Gueuze Mariage Parfait: This variant also has a blond colour and is only made once a year from three-year-old lambic. It has a very strong citrus character and lots of grapefruit and lime. Strong aromas of wood float upwards accompanied by a slight smoky undertone. The whole is finished by wine acidity and the taste of young apples.
- Oude Geuze Boon Black Label: A dark blonde, an old gueuze with a characteristic dry aftertaste. A very lively gueuze is full of slightly sour notes and sparkling notes. For this variant, one, two and three-year-old lambic is used.
On top of these delicious brews, there are two luxury glasses packed. These stand on a thin stem and flat base. The chalice is decorated with horizontal stripes and the logo of Boon Brewery.
