A collaboration between Donegal’s Kinnegar Brewing and Belfast’s Boundary Brewing, this Rye Porter is balanced with depth and drinkability. Built on a rich malt base of lager malt, red rye crystal, chocolate rye, Special B, and Carafa III, it boasts a velvety mouthfeel with layers of toasted rye spice, dark chocolate, and caramelised sweetness. The addition of flaked and malted oats further enhances the smooth body. Hopped with Chinook and Mosaic, the beer delivers a subtle piney bitterness alongside juicy berry and citrus highlights, rounding out the malt-forward profile with a refreshing lift.
