Bullhouse Brew Co Slurp Passionfruit Sour 6.5% ABV
Bullhouse was founded by Willy Mayne in March 2016. It was the culmination of many years of dedication and research into the history and culture of beer as well as a solid homebrewing foundation.
The brewery began as a hobby business, brewing on old dairy tanks that had been converted into a 500L brewhouse in a former bullpen on Willy's family farm just outside Belfast, Northern Ireland.
One to tantalise the old taste buds. Slurp is kettle-soured with our house lactobacillus culture, resulting in a bright and sour base. We have added a generous amount of passionfruit to the FV, infusing the beer with juicy tropical notes that perfectly complement the sourness.
