Found on County Antrim's rugged coastline, the village of Bushmills is home to the world's oldest licensed whiskey distillery. Official records stretch back to 1608, when the area was granted its license to distil. Over 400 years later, whiskey is still being made in Bushmills, thanks to experience and craft passed down from generation to generation. 

Every drop of Bushmills whiskey has a natural affinity with its surroundings - the earth, the air and the coastline. A stone's throw from the distillery, the giants causeway has been a source of inspiration for their master distillers for centuries. It's extraordinary hexagonal columns, each unique but perfectly locked together, form a series of steps, much like the expressions in this collection, the causeway collection celebrates these extremely rare and unique casks. 

Distilled in the year 2000, this rare single malt has spent its entire life in the finest first-fill port casks. The result is a unique whiskey of great depth, on the nose, deep red fruit aromas give way to rich strawberry flavours intertwined with toffee and allspice. A wondrous warm finish follows and lasts for what seems like a lifetime.
