CARMEN PREMIER RESERVA CHARDONNAY COLCHAGUA

Carmen is a long established name on the Chilean wine map and produce a range of wines of international renown for their quality and affordability.

Carmen Chardonnay is a rounder style of Chardonnay with 30% having been aged in 2nd and 3rd year oak barrels and 70% aged in stainless steel on fine lees.

These processes combined add weight, creaminess and roundness to the finished wine. Notes of peach, melon, vanilla and butter give a level of complexity to the wine which way outclass its price point. The finish is fruity with a mineral edge.

Try with chicken dishes, white fish or creamy pasta dishes.
