I havent tried the 2007 but I saw a bottle of the 2006 in Dubai Duty Free this week and bought it out of curiosity. I have to say it is one of the smoothest fullest-bodied velvet reds I have ever tasted - and that was straight out of the bottle. I am going to try the 2007 at Christmas (2019) to see if it matches up.

An exceptional wine from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon. Classic grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah) aged, give this a smooth and slightly oaky flavor.

A well balanced wine with just a hit of fruit and a good structured taste - it is like a good french wine in ways. Can be taken without food but better with.
