Chocolate Box McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 

The Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fruit from McLaren Vale. Deep Ruby Red in colour with crimson hues. The nose highlights ripe blackcurrant with a subtle vanilla oak lift. The palate has beautifully ripe cassis fruit, lifted by minty chocolate and finishes with silky oak. Try with Roast legs of lamb infused with garlic and rosemary.
