Shiraz from the northern reaches of the Heathcote region. Smalls additions of Durif and grenache. It's a hearty, full-bodied red with dark, almost tar-like fruit flavour flooding the palate. Heroic but not untidy or undisciplined. It will please many a Big Red lover.
