UK Shipping Information
All in stock orders placed before the 12pm deadline are dispatched from us that day (typically by 1pm GMT). Any order placed after 12pm, at a weekend or during a holiday period, will be dispatched the next available working day. Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage and are dependent on the service you choose. Details of each service can be found on the checkout page. We do not offer weekend delivery on any items.
Our standard delivery service operates on a 48 hour basis from date of dispatch during the working week (Mon-Fri) and does not include weekends. I.e. orders dispacthed on the standard service on Thursday should be delivered on Monday. The same applies to upgraded 24 hour deliveries which are dispatched on Friday, they should be delivered on Monday.
We suggest allowing 3-5 working days for delivery using the 48 hour service in case of delays in the courier network particularly at peak times of year such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays and if your order is time dependent please contact us first to get an accurate anticipated delivery date.
Next Day Deliveries
In the event you select a 24-hour delivery service upgrade and your order is not delivered the next day (Mon-Fri) as expected, we can only refund any additional premium paid for the service compared to the standard 48-hour service and not the full shipping fee. Orders selecting a 24-delivery upgrade shipping on Friday will have an expected delivery day of Monday NOT Saturday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service option.
All services require a signature upon delivery.
GB Mainland Deliveries
Typically UK orders will be delivered 48 hours after dispatch via our standard service during the working week which excludes weekends. eg dispatch Monday deliver Wednesday, dispatch Thursday deliver Monday. Next day service if selected will be delivered the next working day. Some remote postcodes such as those designated Highlands will take longer for delivery, typically 3-4 days.
Remote UK Island Deliveries
If your order is to be delivered within any of the following postcode areas there will be additional charges compared to our normal delivery rates as these areas are more costly to send to. This is a courier charge as they designate these areas remote due to the higher cost to service. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it and therefore must pass it on.
We will contact you after order if your order is being delivered within the following UK Post Codes to request the surcharge if applicable:
HS1-9, KW15-17, ZE1-3
The delivery surcharge to these postcodes is currently £8 per case of 12 bottles (or equivalent) up until the FREE Shipping break of £300 after which the first case of your order is shipped Free of Charge. Additional cases/boxes required will incur the surcharge.
Northern Ireland Deliveries
We operate a next-day tracked delivery service throughout Northern Ireland at standard UK rates.
Channel Island Deliveries
Please change your country of destination to 'United Kingdom - Channel Islands' at the top of the page (click on the flag) to benefit from EX VAT pricing and apply the correct shipping charges.
Choosing a Delivery Address
At KWM Wine & Spirits we understand how frustrating it can be to have your order arrive at a time or location that is not convenient for you. It is possible to have your order sent to an address other than that registered with your credit card. Simply choose the "Dispatch to a New Delivery Address" option at checkout. This can be your workplace, a friends/relatives residence or to a neighbour etc.
Please note that if this is your first order with KWM Wine & Spirits then we may require that your order be dispatched to the registered cardholders billing address. This is to protect both our customers and KWM Wine & Spirits against possible card fraud.
Please take care when entering your address. We will be addressing your parcel exactly as you enter it in here and cannot be responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect details.
Out of Stock Orders
The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page and you will be updated if there is any change to this date.
If for some reason the product is delayed or no longer available you will be notified and will have the choice to cancel the item or swap it for an alternative in stock item.
If this does not suit, please remove the item from your basket. You may prefer to return to the site at a later date to purchase this item. Or please use the “notify me” service whereby we will email you when the item returns to stock.
