A relatively young domaine established in the Côte de Beaune but with mature vineyards in classic appellations of Beaune, Pommard, Monthélie and Meursault. The now custodians, Brigitte Berthelemot and winemaker, Marc Cugney are passionate about Pinot Noir and the multitude of expressions the Burgundian terroir offers but also producer some excellent Chardonnays too.
The Puligny Montrachet comes from a vineyard with deep stony soil which gives the wine its intensity and elegance typical of the land around Puligny. Aromas are floral with hints of almond and hazelnut and the wine is fresh and rich in the mouth with a long mineral finsh.
A perfect wine to show off against shellfish, light chicken dishes or creamy chesses.
