Domaine Wardy White 2018
The story of Domaine Wardy is that of two neighbouring families from Zahle, The Wardys and The Cortes. The Wardys owned vineyards and orchards while The Cortases made wine and arak since 1881. The winery today is owned and managed by four Wardy siblings and produces 17 Wines, Arak and Vodka.
An award-winning design by Tarek Atrissi, the colour-coded central feature is inspired by vine tendrils and spells “Wardy” vertically in Arabic calligraphy.
A crisp, fresh, summery white wine. On the nose hints of guava, mandarin, grapefruit & pineapple with a touch of white pepper. The palate emphasizes the citrusy/tropical character. Medium body & finish.
