DOMAINE DE PELLEHAUT AMPELOMERYX

Interesting blend from the Vin de Pays des Cotes de Gascogne this is made up of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gros and Petit Manseng and is aged in oak barrels.

It has an intense nose of peach and apricot, with a powerful but well balanced palate showing stone fruits, vanilla and spice. Long lasting finish.

Try with food, particularly smoked meats, smoked fish or Roast Pork.
