Assemblage of Mencía grapes from our youngest vines from plots of land with their own orientations, exposures, and microclimates. In the glass, it presents a pure and young version of Mencía. A single variety wine destined to represent the authenticity of El Bierzo. Intense nose with aromas of fresh wild fruit along with floral and undergrowth aromas, with a slight mineral hue. In the mouth it is tasty, fresh, and elegant, slightly marked by soft tannins and with a long and persistent finish.
