Cline Lodi Zinfandel (California, USA)

The primary focus for this wine is harmony, with an emphasis on early drinkability and an elegant structure. The 2014 vintage of the Lodi Zinfandel was drawn from 11 superb Zinfandel vineyards where warm days and cool nights have ripened Zinfandel to perfection for over 100 years.  Delight your palate with the smooth complexity of supple tannins that mingle with flavours of dark berry, black cherry, strawberry, spice notes, and vanilla with a lasting finish. It pairs well with charcuterie, gumbo, or grilled steak.  See more here

Cline North Coast Viognier (California, USA)

It’s thought the Romans took Viognier to the Rhône 1700 years ago yet incredibly, as recently as the 1980’s, there were thought to be only 32 ha planted in the entire world. Now, Viognier, with its fullbodied richness and gentle acidity is an international superstar again. Fred Cline specialises in growing Rhône cultivars and giving them a modern twist whilst maintaining their original character... and this one is a beauty! Wonderfully fragrant with notes of stone fruits, jasmine and honeysuckle. The palate follows through with a richness of fruit including ripe peach and apricot. The finish is given finesse by the refreshing acidity. Pairs well with Gruyere or Camembert cheese, sushi, or tarragon chicken. See more here

Montes Alpha Colchagua Cabernet Sauvignon (Colchahgua Valley, Chile)

A great value Cabernet from one of the most talented winemakers Chile has ever seen. Aurelio Montes has engineered some very spectacular wines right across the price spectrum. This Cabernet Sauvignon is another fine effort at a great price point. The nose is opulent and rich with aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and some leafy aromas. The palate is medium weighted with good fruit intensity and some spicy pepper notes. Dry and slightly rustic tannins with good acidity and a pleasantly long finish. See more here

El Viejo Del Valle Sauvignon Gris (Central Valley, Chile)

‘El Viejo del Valle’ or ‘The Old Man of the Valley’ celebrates the 1950s Chilean street graffiti. This range is an exciting find from the depths of Chile. This has bags of character and personality, it really impresses in the glass with food. Try it with a variety of dishes such as scallops with mushrooms and white wine sauce, BBQ garlic prawns or salmon, grilled oysters, and poached white fish with summer salads containing parsley, pepper or lemon.See more here

Vina Cobos Felino Mendoza Malbec (Mendoza, Argentina)

From vineyard sites in Luján de Cuyo, Maipu and Valle de Uco at altitudes of 2300 to 3835 feet above sea level. The diurnal temperature variations, long growing season and altitude give a tremendous purity of fruit. These sites are semi desert and irrigation is an essential. Yields are limited to around 1.33 to 4.68 tons per hectare.  Violet red with black tones. An attractive nose with aromas of fresh black fruits and prunes. The palate displays good concentration, balance and sweet yet supple tannins. A beautiful accompaniment to any meal, but particularly well with hearty casseroles and red meat.  See more here

Bodegas Garzon Albarino (Maldonado, Uruguay)

Bodega Garzón is close to Punta del Este, La Barra, and Jose Ignacio - Uruguayan Paradise at its best with mesmerizing landscapes. Located eleven miles from the Atlantic Ocean, the estate has more than 1,000 small vineyard blocks covering its hillside slopes that benefit from varying microclimates, different levels of humidity, and intense canopy management. These factors allow the vines to develop with maximum exposure to the sun providing rich, expressive fruit. The vineyards are surrounded by a lush forest, rocky soils, boulders, and palm trees. Pale yellow with greenish reflections, this Albariño is intense in the nose, with peach and citrus notes. There’s a freshness and minerality mid-palate that is superb, with remarkable acidity and a round, crisp finish. See more here
