(If a wine is unavailable we will replace it with an equivalent or superior substitute)

Mas d’Alcyon Plan de Dieu Cotes du Rhone Villages (Rhone Valley, France)

Grapes are sourced from vines in the heart of the Plan de Dieu appellation. The blend of Grenache and Syrah undergoes a long maceration and traditional ageing in concrete tanks. Some of the Syrah spends 14 months in demi-muids to add complexity and finesse. Full-bodied and textural with smooth, ripe tannins. The nose has liquorice and red and black fruit, which carry through to the palate with a salty, mineral edge. Structured yet approachable, the finish is long with hints of coffee and spice. Try with chicken and mushroom pie, or a lentil moussaka See more here

La Leyenda de Las Cruces Sauvignon Blanc (Leyda Valley, Chile)

The town of Las Cruces takes its name from the memorial to a famous shipwreck in the 19th Century, and the relentless crashing waves of the Pacific are represented here on the label. The sea does not just bring destruction though, its influence reaches inland and up through the Leyda Valley - tempering the climate and minimising the risk of disease making this a near-perfect place to grow grapes. See more here

Baglio Gibellina Incanto Frappato (Puglia, Italy)

Baglio Gibellina is situated in picturesque Sicily where its vineyards are surrounded by the hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa. Old vineyards located between 300-600m above sea level are grown on a mixture of clay and volcanic soils with limited yields allowing for the production of outstanding wines with incredible food matching potential. Ruby red colour lined with a purple tinge. The bouquet has a pleasant fresh fruit fragrance. Fresh red fruits and a fresh lively and soft palate. See more here

Framingham Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough, New Zealand)

The Framingham label was launched in 1994 with one Riesling and has since expanded to include Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.  Framingham produces wines from their 19.5-hectare estate vineyard (certified organic since 2014) and other selected sites. This is a Star winery in Marlborough and this Sauvignon Blanc delivers smoky aromatics, with flint, bitter lemon citrus, grapefruit and tropical hints. The palate is rich, slightly chewy, with a good mouthfeel, texture and harmony. Flavours of yellow citrus, currant, papaya and sweet herbs carry through the finish. See more here

Mino & Co A Growers Touch Durif (Riverina, NSW)

Mino & Co was established in 1997 and has been producing wines of various styles, suited to the regions growing conditions but not limited to, for almost two decades.  The winery is located in a small village called Hanwood, just outside Griffith in New South Wales with the area falling into the 'Riverina' region of NSW.  See more here

Vila Nova Vinho Verde (Minho, Portugal)

Produced in the Entre-Douro-e-Minho sub-region of Sousa, Vila Nova vineyards are influenced by winds from the Atlantic Ocean creating the perfect climate to ripen varieties such as Fernao Pires, Avesso and Trajadura.  This wine has Floral, citrus aromas which lead on to the palate with more bright citrus acidity and a lingering finish. This is a perfect choice for seafood and salads and beautiful Summer drinking. See more here
