Heartland Dolcetto Lagrein (Langhorne Creek , South Australia)
Grown on sandy loam soils in South Australias Langhorne Creek, this evenly split red of 50% Dolcetto and 50% Lagrein combines 2 classic Northern Italian varieties. Dolcetto adds fruit and aromatics, while Lagrein adds depth and brightness. The result is a deliciously versatile red which can suit many cuisines including Itlain, French and Asian and is regarded as an excellent example of Australias experimental nature. Fruity, Savoury and well balanced yet with enough depth to keep the Aussie Shiraz brigade extremely happy. See more here
Keith Tulloch Semillon (Hunter Valley, New South Wales)
A signature Aussie wine from one of the great Semillon producers. This Semillon is bright and has lifted aromas of lemon and lime on the nose which are inviting one to explore this wine in greater depth. Early picked, having only 10% alcohol, this Semillon has very delicate mouth-feel and nimbleness, yet shows astoundingly bright lime-fruit and green-melon presence and persistence. The acidity is totally balanced, giving sustaining juicy vigour and fine structure. A classic Hunter Semillon. See more here
Peter Lehmann The Barossan Shiraz (Barossa Valley, South Australia)
Crafted by the next generation of Peter Lehmann winemakers, The Barossan showcases the superb fruit sourced from the many sub-regions across the Barossa Valley. Parcels of high quality fruit were carefully selected from around 40 growers to produce a seamless blend of varying expressions of Shiraz. Lifted cherry and brooding dark fruit aromas combine seamlessly with sweet chocolate and mocha undertones. An intense, generous and full bodied wine with fine tannins and a soft, supple finish. Wakefield Riesling (Clare Valley, South Australia)
Australias premier Riesling territory is home to this beautiful white with classic lifted lemon/lime notes along with floral aromas reminiscent of spring blossoms and a subtle smokey note which adds complexity to the nose. The palate delivers a crisp, fresh citrus flavour with a hint of tropical fruit. A refreshing acid backbone continues long after the wine has left the mouth to leave a zippy and delicious bottle of Australian white. Perfect with smoked fish, seafood or salads. See more here
Voyager Estate Girt By Sea Cabernet Merlot (Margaret River, Western Australia)
Voyager Estate Girt by Sea is produced primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes sourced from the vineyards North Block and Weightmans vineyards. This is the second Cabernet Sauvignon blend in the Voyager Estate portfolio, approachable in its youth, it presents a soft, rounded mid-palate with a subtle, lightly-structured tannin profile. The warm 2013 vintage resulted in a wine that displays excellent concentration of vibrant, summer berry, plum and cherry fruit with soft, silky tannins. Made to be enjoyed on release, this wine will also develop additional complexity over the short to medium-term. See more here

Refreshingly unoaked, citrus and white peach flavours combine with a zesty fresh acidity and a clean, bright and linear mineral finish. The judicious addition of Langhorne Creek Chardonnay adds palate, weight and texture. Ultimately, this tangy sandily textured Chardonnay remains a lovely, early, galah-filled morning expression of Australia's night.
