Palacio de Borno Verdejo 2023 (Rueda, Spain)

Located in Rueda, Palacio De Bornos was founded and began making wine in 1976.  Since those early days, they have sought to exploit the great potential of the Verdejo grape in a single variety wine, with its individual and unique character, to produce a very high-quality wines. Palacio de Bornos boasts 308 hectares of their own vineyards, in the towns of Rueda, Pollos and La Seca, which are more than 30 years old.  The Palacio De Bornos Verdejo presents a yellow colour with greenish tones. Intense floral aroma, fresh acidity, fruit salad and green apple notes on the palate, it's a delicious wine that will have you going back for more! 
Pairs well with shellfish, white fish, salads

Cabriz Dão Colheita Seleccionada Branco 2021 (Dao, Portugal)

The Cabriz Dao Branco is a blend of traditional Portuguese varieties of 40% Encruzado;20% Bical; 20% Malvasia-Fina; 20% Cerceal-Branco.  Winemaker Osvaldo Amado sets about creating this fresh, well-balanced white through a cool 15-degree ferment in stainless steel, where it undergoes regular batonnage for 2 months in tank followed by natural clarification and 2 months in bottle prior to release.  The resulting wine is beautifully fresh, with notes of pear, lime flower and citrus on the nose while the palate shows expressive tropical fruit flavours, moderate weight and a fresh balanced finish. 
A great choice for seafood and salads or in the garden as an aperitif!

Funkstille Riesling 2022 (Niederosterrich, Austria)

From a 16th-generation producer in Niederösterreich this characterful wine is the result of sustainable works carried out in the vineyard, with the use of their own fertilisers made from grape skins, manure and straw from their fields. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tank after which there is no malolactic fermentation but the wine benefits from 8 weeks of lees contact. Abundant white peach, apricot compôte and white floral notes leap from the glass, with juicy ripe fruit on the palate and beautifully clean, precise acidity through to the finish. A versatile and immensely appealing Riesling
Try this with pasta, roast chicken, seabass or fresh asparagus.

Senorio de Sarria Crianza 2018 (Navarra, Spain)

The 1,300-hectare estate of Señorío de Sarría is located at a historically key site of the Camino de Santiago: Puente La Reina. An air of solemnity and the lustre of a bygone age pervade at this unique estate, where Navarra wine has been made from its specially selected vine plots for centuries. Made in a Crianza style from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Graciano, after 1 year in American oak the wine shows intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit with hints of balsamic and spices, a fresh, intense and balanced palate with hints of ripe black fruit, spices and balsamic and well integrated wood it has a long and persistent finish.
Try with grilled red meats, casseroles, chorizo spiced dishes or a summer BBQ!

Chateau Vieux Barrail Bordeaux Superieur 2018 (Bordeaux, France)

Château Vieux Barrail is a traditionally styled Merlot-dominated Bordeaux Supérieur. Located near the village of Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, this estate is proof that Bordeaux can still take on the New World in the value-for-money stakes. 2018 was a good year in Bordeaux with wines from the region showing a power and intensity that lacked in 2017.  This is bright ruby red with a pleasant aroma of red berries on the nose; a palate filled with excellent juicy fruit, and round and mellow tannins. Well-balanced and easy-to-drink wine for everyday pleasure and eminently food-friendly.
This complements rich red meat stews, steak in peppery sauces or full-flavoured cheeses. 

Baglio Gibellina Frappato IGT 2021 (Sicily, Italy)

Baglio Gibellina is situated in picturesque Sicily where its vineyards are surrounded by the hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa. Old vineyards located between 300-600m above sea level are grown on a mixture of clay and volcanic soils with limited yields allowing for the production of outstanding wines with incredible food-matching potential.  This unoaked red had a lovely ruby-red colour lined with a purple tinge. The bouquet has a pleasant fresh fruit fragrance. Fresh red fruits and a fresh lively and soft palate.
