Guelbenzu Vierlas (Ribera del Quiles)

Guelbenzu’s history goes back to 1851, when it was reported that taxes were paid in demijohns of wine sold by Don Martín María Guelbenzu.  It was his son, Miguel Guelbenzu, who modernised and developed the winery, gaining significant awards in 1880 in the form of medals and accolades which were to form an integral part of the company’s image and to figure on the labels of its range of wines, as can still be seen today.  The Guelbenzu Vierlas is a red blend of Syrah and Merlot. The grapes used come from the La Lombana estate in Vierlas.  On the nose, this vintage has notes of ripe black fruit (blueberries and blackberries) and floral and dairy hints on a spicy background.  On the palate, Intense, it's tasty with a mineral sensation and well-integrated toasty hints respecting the black fruit tones, balsamic and menthol notes. Balanced, powerful and persistent.  Pairs well with Pulses, pasta, rice dishes and white meats. See more here

Care Blanco Sobre Lias Garnacha Blanca Chardonnay (Navarra)

Bodegas Care was founded in the year 2000 as a familiar and modern project focused on grape and wine quality. With 150 hectares and 4000m2 state-of-the-art facilities for winemaking, the winery aims to lead an area with a great heritage. CARE is the brand and intends to be the New Face of Garnacha in Aragon. Bright pale yellow colour with green tones, that denote its youth. On the nose, fresh, clean and intense aromas, especially fruity ones (green apple, pineapple and tropical fruits), with a touch of white flowers over a background of hay and aromatic herbs. On the palate the wine is very fruity with balanced acidity, it is intense, elegant and has a long aftertaste.  See more here

Mendieta Osaba - Osaba Mendi Rioja​ (Rioja)

Mendieta Osaba Wines is a small production, family-owned winery located at the skirts of the Sierra Cantabria, more precisely, Lanciego in the heart of the much sought-after Rioja Alavesa terroir.  The Mendieta Osaba family has been passionately growing grapes on its family's historic vineyards for generations. Juantxu Mendieta, a.k.a. "Mendi" by his friends and family in his pueblo, produces quality, handcrafted wines that are limited in production and a true reflection of this very special terroir.  OSABA MENDI by Mendieta Osaba is made of 100% Tempranillo from 30-60-year-old vineyards.  It's aged for 5 months in French & American oak barrels (225 L) after vinification.  Deep cherry red colour with violet tones. Spicy berry with vanilla and cocoa notes on the nose leading to a palate which shows superb balance that delicately flows to a beautiful, long and juicy finish  Try with beef, chicken, ribs, barbecues and/or cheese. See more here

Maior De Mendoza Fulget Albarino (Rias Baixas)

This wine comes from a 15 Hectare estate-controlled vineyard in the sub-zone of the Salnes Valley, within the “Rías Baixas” Denomination of Origin. Vines are 25 years old.   Straw yellow with slight greenish, limpid and bright. Aromatically, of medium-high intensity with stone fruits (peach, medlar....), white fruits (apple, pear....), tropical and balsamic reminders. Good acidity in the mouth, grassy, very fruity, long and balanced.  Suitable as an accompaniment to hors d´oeuvres, shellfish, fish, rice dishes, pasta, white meats and oriental cuisine. See more here

Bodegas Lleiroso Luz Millar Roble (Ribera Del Duero​)

Founded in 2001, Bodegas LLeiroso is located in Valbuena de Duero, in the middle of Ribera del Duero’s “Golden Mile”, just a few metres from the river that nourishes the vineyards and close to the Santa María de Valbuena monastery, an impressive 12th-century building, which houses a spa and The Ages of Man Foundation. This is a unique location, where history, art and the culture of wine merge in one special spot.  This red is bright, red cherry with glints of violet.  On the nose, there is a high aromatic intensity, well-assembled red berry fruits with notes of barrel, cinnamon, coconut and vanilla.  The palate is fresh, full, balanced, long and pleasant on the finish.  Pairs well with Charcuterie, cheese, fish stews, rice dishes and pasta. See more here

Palacio de Bornos Rueda Verdejo (Rueda)

Located in Rueda, Palacio De Bornos was founded and began making wine in 1976, alongside the Appelation of Origin Rueda. The initial years were dedicated to consolidating the brand in the Castilla y Leon region, to later begin a rapid expansion both nationally and internationally.  Palacio de Bornos was the first winery in Spain´s Castilla y León region to produce a sparkling wine, in 1978. Since those early days they have sought to exploit the great potential of the Verdejo grape in a single variety wine, with its individual, unique character, to produce a very high-quality traditional-method sparkling wine.  Palacio de Bornos boasts 308 hectares of their own vineyards, in the towns of Rueda, Pollos and La Seca, which is more than 30 years old.  The Palacio De Bornos Verdejo presents hues of yellow color with greenish tones.
