Saturn, the Roman god of agriculture, presided over the sowing and then protected the crops. He was the god of fertilisers, natural fertilisers of the soil. For the peasants he was, and still is, for all this his patron. In our Alentejo we respect nature and what it offers us. This wine is born, with each harvest, from the combination of the two grape varieties that present the best quality.
