Hope Winter Seasonal Dublin Porter 6.0% ABV

Our Winter Seasonal is a full and robust Porter, with a very complex malt flavour provided by the blend of three dark malts, alongside rye malt, and a hint of beech smoked malt. Traditional English hops in the kettle and whirlpool lend it a clean bitterness, which gives way to notes of coffee, chocolate, toasted malt, and wood smoke, with the classic English hop, Fuggles, providing a medium-dry finish.

As it was brewed with a medley of dark roasted and caramel malts it pairs well with shellfish, chocolate cake and of course beside a roaring fire!
