Inishmacsaint Brewery Fermanagh Beer Blonde 4.5% ABV
We take our name from an island that nestles in the beautiful waters of Lough Erne near the village of Derrygonnelly. Our range of craft beers reflects the history and character of our local area - carrying on a tradition established by the ancient monks who began brewing beer here on Inishmacsaint over 900 years ago.
Naturally, all our beers are made from the finest ingredients. And we also include our own locally grown hops and herbs when making our extra special batches each year - so you get a genuine flavour of the Fermanagh countryside.
However, our most famous ingredient is the famed waters of Fermanagh’s lakes and streams. Because if it wasn’t for the fine rain that falls on our county, none of our beers would be possible.
A malty and yeasty aroma you'd expect from a blonde with a soft and creamy mouthfeel. Welcomed with a sweet taste to almost bordering on a slight toffee flavour but still enjoying that yeasty, lightly bittered finish of a farmhouse ale, almost like a Saison.
