JAMESON CASKMATES IRISH WHISKEY

This is an interesting whiskey as it is a collaboration of between the Jameson distillery and the local craft brewers of the Franciscan well.

The process is simple as the craft brewers store their famous stout in casks borrowed from the distillery. When they have no more use for them the casks are returned to Jameson for the famous elixir to be stored in the same casks.

What is created then is a whiskey of rich flavours of coffee, cocoa, and a gentle hint of hops.
