The Holy Snail Sauvignon Blanc

The Delaunay family have been farming the Touraine region of the Loire alley in France for 5 generations. The estates 37 hectares is overseen by winemaker Thierry Delaunay since he took over from his father in 2003.

Fresh and well balanced, with aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, citrus, floral and herbaceous notes. Serve well chilled for a refreshing yet intensely flavoured wines.

Pairs well with shellfish, fish and salads.
