Kilchoman Founders Cask 2021 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

4th in the Series of 'Founders Cask' of which there were only 322 bottles produced.  This year James Wills has selected a 10 year old, Oloroso sherry hogshead from 100% Islay barley, grown at Kilchoman.

Distilled from Publican barley, grown at Rockside farm, this single cask shows sherried influence through notes of Christmas cake, stewed fruits, and caramel, supported by the 100% Islay characteristics of light smoke and citrus sweetness.
