 Kloster Eberbach Estate Riesling Trocken VDP Gutswein 2022 Riesling grapes are selected from vineyards in the Rheingau valley, between Hochheim and Lorch. They are fermented in stainless steel with ageing on fine lees for around one month. 'Gentle aromas of lemon and floral notes with a touch of aromatic spice and stone fruit. Ripe citrus characters on the palate which is textural and dry with bright, well-integrated, limey acidity.' Great with seafood, pork or perhaps fondue! 12%
