Expect tropical fruit, pine, and robust bitterness from Talus, Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops. Named after the castle just East of The Giant's Causeway which dates back to the 5th Century. One of the five great royal ancient highways of Ireland, Slige Midluachra, had its Northern terminal point at Dunseverick castle.
