LUCCARELLI IL TEO PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA
This wine was Formerly known as Pazzia until the vintage of 2010 when it was changed to Il Folle until 2012, Il Bacca from 2013, and now Il Teo from 2015 to reflect changes in owenership and winemaking but each year it has gone from strength to strength.
In the glass this wine projects a deep ruby red with purple reflections which fade nice to ruby hues at the edge.
With aromas that are both rich and complex, with intense fruit flavours of cherry jam and berries and pleasant spicy notes to create a exciting bouquet which jumps from the glass.
The palate is equally as Intense and full-bodied, with soft tannins, it is well structured and balanced, with notes of cacao and vanilla on the finish.
If you love Southern Italian reds, this is excellent and well worth a try.
