
LUNARIA PECORINO CIVITAS
Made using the Pecorino, a grape widely planted in central Italy, this example is grown organically and biodynamically with the utmost respect for nature, as the growers believe without nature they cannot produce quality wines, so the less intervention the better and truer the wine produced.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts it remains in tank for 30 days on lees to build complexity. The result is an intense nose with hints of broom, white fruits while the palate is fresh, intense, fruity and fullbodied.
A good match with seafood dishes, medium cured cheese, pasta dishes, white meats.
