Martin Wassmer is a leading producer in Germany's Baden region located in the Southwest of the country along the French and Swiss borders, where winemaking dates back hundred's of years. From this expression, expect a wine with fine mineral notes, ripe cherries, berries and subtle roasted aromas. A fine tannin structure with elegant acidity and a delicate fruit component. A lovely wine by itself or will suit white meat dishes and meatier style fish.
