Brut Imperial is a subtle, drier-styled champagne, pale yellow in colour with shades of green, delicately vinous with a lime and vine blossom attack. Predominantly Pinot characteristics being very ample on the palate with a discreet finish.
An aperitif wine which also accompanies fish dishes.
