Nordés named their company after the consistent trade winds of the Atlantic that blow Eastward across the Atlantic sea onto the costs of Galicia in Northern Spain. They are maniacal about quality and use only locally-sourced ingredients in their distilled spirits. This imparts a refreshingly unique flavour to all of their products and you feel like you can taste a little of Galicia in every sip.

It is made from locally-grown and distilled Albariño grape spirit and infuse it with fourteen locally sourced botanicals; including hibiscus, licorice, lemon peels, and ginger.
This Gin has received universal acclaim for it’s uniquely refreshing taste and fine attention to detail. It has a bold, floral profile that seems as strong as the juniper berries. It will impress you on its first sip. Even the bottle is unique—a wide, 12-sided cylinder.
On the nose hibiscus and mint are prominent. The palate is open with much more of a floral flavour rather than juniper. The finish is clean, refreshing and very unique.
