Pazo De Rubianes Albarino
Albariño from the trellises of the upper area of the Pazo. A very careful elaboration that has as protagonist the excellent quality of the grape of the Pazo de Rubianes. Collected and selected manually in boxes of 15 kg, the grapes are processed in the winery in less than 3 hours after being harvested.
After cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, it is aged on lees with its corresponding 'bâtonnage' to finish with the cold stabilized and subsequent bottling.
It's quite an elaboration that guarantees a magnificent and long-lived evolution in the bottle.
Bright straw yellow Albariño wine and golden flashes. Flashes of white flowers; Aromas of initial pome fruit that give way to stone fruit show its optimum maturity. The palate is fresh, balanced, elegant and complex. The expressiveness and typicity of the Albariño grape and a wide aftertaste that does not leave indifferent and passionate lovers of quality white wines.
