Talus first arrived in a Pollys beer toward the back end of 2021, and after the delight that was Sabro. This enticing new varietal is a little more refined than its parent hop, delivering big, bold aromas of pink grapefruit, tropical fruits, and citrus rinds, as well as a herbal edge of dried roses and sage, all the while retaining those impactful flavour profiles of its parentage.
