QUINTA DO ENCONTRO PRETO E BRANCO BAIRRADA RESERVA
Halfway between the mountains of Caramulo, Buçaco and the sea we find Quinta do Encontro, a project from scratch where the use of wood was favoured and where everything comes down to the wine, including its shape that is reminiscent of a barrel and where the connection between the four floors of the modern winery is made by a spiral that reflects the movement of a corkscrew.
Preto e Branco, literally translates as Black and White as this is a wine made with the red varieties, Baja (40%) and Touriga Nacional (40%) blended with the white variety Bical (20%)
Clear appearance. Intense ruby colour with slight brown tones. Mixed aroma of red fruits, toasted dried fruits and spicy notes. Fresh, fruity, soft flavour, distinct volume in the mouth and elegant and persistent finish.
