Refreshing Silver Cachaca from sugarcane, Sagatiba, taken form the nordic suffix 'saga 'and the brasilian native word 'tiba' meaning 'infinite', is perfect for classic cocktails such as Mojito but can also be used for more contemporary drink concoctions.

In Brasilian Regulated Drinks Law, Cachaca must be produced in Brasil and be between 38%-48% Alc. Vol. 

'Sagatiba' has aromas of overripe banana, cookie dough and bread, similarly with a a bready taste with a hint of mint, the aftertaste is a lingering pepper spice with faint breadiness.
