In a time-honoured tradition, the Shortcross Irish Whiskey journey began in 2015 when we distilled our first Shortcross whiskey on Ireland’s smallest copper pot still and they’ve been distilling their very own Irish Whiskey ever since.

They’re obsessive about the Irish Whiskey they craft! They carefully consider every detail from mash bills, fermentation, distillation, and maturation. They strive to create as much flavour as possible in each step of the whiskey-making process.

Distilled from a heavily peated mash bill of 55 ppm to create layers of rich chocolate, orange blossom, and smokey notes. Matured for 7 years in a special Cognac & Orange Liqueur cask.
