TENIMENTI CA'BIANCA GAVI
Made from the Cortese grape, grown in north-facing vineyards with a cool mesoclimate, 350m above sea level. The wine gets its name from the town of Gavi, situated in the southeast of Piemonte. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly on its fine lees. It shows white flower and green fruit aromas, with a touch of honey and minerality on the palate.
