The latest release from the Polaris Collection—a captivating 7-year-old Single Pot Still whiskey from the esteemed Great Northern Distillery. This distinctive edition was carefully chosen for its unique character, further enhanced by the influence of a Tokaji cask. After maturing in ex-bourbon barrels for the majority of its years, the casks were meticulously combined and underwent an 11-month finishing period in a single 300L Hungarian Oak Barrel.

The marriage of Tokaji, renowned for its quality, and the Hungarian Oak imparts an exquisite spice to this delightful whiskey. Take a moment to savour the experience:
