Over the past 150 years, the age-old tradition of merchants, grocers & bonders independently blending and bottling whiskey has until recently all but vanished from Ireland. A dying art made unique, by individual craftspeople carefully maturing whiskey in select casks. A trade as rich and historic as Irish whiskey itself.
Two Stacks Single Grain Double Barrel is a light, floral & elegant single-grain whiskey with notes of baked pear, and almond, mingled with orange and citrus. This whiskey is an Incredibly easy drinking whiskey with lots of delicate character from the Oloroso sherry shining through on the palate, dissecting itself on the palate into a gentle sweetness and overall luxurious whiskey experience.
