Peach & passion fruit go beautifully together. These two fruits take centre stage in our cocktail-themed sour beer. When it came to planning the recipe, we felt inspired by the fizz and bubbles of an iconic drink and decided to put a Vault City twist on it. So, we raised a glass to the classic flavour combination of juicy peach and passion fruit (about 1200 kilos of the stuff!). The addition of refreshing grape juice with our house-mixed culture creates an eye-catching, vegan friendly, modern sour beer that’s packed with flavour.
