Mourne Dew Distillery Blended Irish Whiskey 40% ABV

A triple distilled blend of malted barley, wheat and rye spirits, finished in American Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks, with a finished ABV of 40%. All the tasting and blending has been done in-house and the blending has been validated by leading whiskey critic and judge Norman Mathison, who has provided Mourne Dew with the following tasting notes.

Nose: Clean with no ‘off’ notes. Soft, mellow with
vanilla/toffee, berries and with a hint of peat.

Taste: Very pleasant and like the nose,
vanilla/toffee/berries with the peated malt just showing
through.

Aftertaste: Pleasant and soft on the palate.
