Natural Non-Chill filtered and bottled at 46%, This elegant expression has been finished in hand-selected ice wine hogshead from Inniskillin winery, Ontario, Canada. 

A distinctive marriage of single pot still and single malt irish whiskey, matched perfectly with the intense natural sweetness of the Ice Wine. 

Aromas of peach and apricot dance seductively with the unique pot still spice. Notes of floral blossom and nutty oak create a beautiful creamy mouthfeel, As the ice wine delivers its final waltz: a fruit compote of mango and lychee.
