Widowmaker Brewing Road Trip To Inferno West Coast IPA 6.66% ABV

We recently spent some time with our South Shore Beer buds from @untoldbrewing and took a deep dive into West Coast IPAs. We delved into the differences and similarities in both of our approaches and, in the end, tried to take a road neither of us have taken yet.
We utilized a Pilsner malt heavy grist and avoided crystal malts to impart a beautiful pale yellow color to this beer. We celebrated bitterness on the hot side and went heavy-handed with a dry hop of Rakau & Bru-1. The result is a perfect blend of West by Northeast and the type of beer you want in your hand as the summer heat rises.
